SketchMill is a Melbourne-based illustration and print brand founded by artist, author, and keynote speaker Bic Walker.
What began as artwork for Bic’s children’s books — including A Safe Place to Live and Finding Hope — has evolved into a beloved collection of prints and products celebrating Australian places, stories, and special moments. In fact, the greeting cards created from Bic’s book illustrations ended up raising more funds than the books themselves — and that’s how SketchMill was born.
In addition to her creative work, Bic is also a keynote speaker, sharing her story and insights on social justice, resilience, and entrepreneurship — drawing from her journey as a child refugee, artist, and business founder.
