Mindful Watercolour Session (one on one)

This private session is designed just for you—a safe, calming space to pause, reflect, and express yourself through the gentle flow of watercolours.

You don’t need any art experience. Together, we’ll explore simple painting techniques as a way to slow down, connect with your emotions, and find clarity. The focus isn’t on creating a “perfect” artwork—it’s on the process, the release, and the personal insights that come with it.

What to Expect:

  • A personalised, guided watercolour session

  • Gentle prompts to help you express feelings through colour and form

Duration: 1 hour (with the option to extend if you’d like more time)
